Authentication application

Install an authentication application on your device. 

You can find free applications (e.g., Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) on the different app stores.


Operating mode

Each time you log in, in addition to your password, you will need to enter a 6-digit code that will be displayed in your authentication application on your smartphone.

Step 1: Scan the QR Code below with your camera or enter the code in your authentication app.

December 2023 year-end assessments are now due! Please complete this, and any other outstanding year-end assessments, as soon as possible.

Registration of new patients, Transfers, End of Treatment entries and Transplant Procedure entries should be completed as these events occur.
Only authorised personnel may access the Registry, logging in with the username and password provided. For security, an audit trail of all activity is recorded. This includes the IP address of the computer used to gain access.
